About this activity
This workshop on program planning teaches you the basics of building a simple yet effective workout plan. You’ll learn how to use different rep ranges, how to schedule different muscle groups, and the number of days per week you should be training. We’ll cover basic plans, appropriate exercise workload, and appropriate rest/recovery intervals. You’ll leave this workshop feeling confident about planning your own routine.
