Lil’ Lax

Lil’ Lax is a fun, playful introduction to the exciting sport of lacrosse, designed specifically for young children ages 3-5. In this age-appropriate program, kids will develop basic motor skills, coordination, and teamwork through engaging games and activities centered around the fundamentals of lacrosse. Children will learn how to hold a stick, catch, throw, and pass in a relaxed, non-competitive environment while also improving their balance and agility.
