Baby & Me Yoga – Move, Breathe & Bond This gentle 60-minute yoga class is designed for parents or caregivers and their babies (6 weeks to pre-crawling). Reconnect with your body through breath and movement while bonding with your little one in a supportive and nurturing environment. You'll enjoy a blend of postnatal yoga, gentle stretches, core strengthening, and relaxation, all while incorporating baby into the practice.
