About this activity
Join Dawn Cranmer for a guided walk through Queen Elizabeth Park to discover local plants and their traditional uses in Indigenous medicine. Along the way, you’ll learn about the plants that grow on this land and the important roles they hold in healing practices. This walk is an opportunity to connect with nature, deepen your relationship with the land, and experience its teachings with curiosity and respect. All are welcome.
Please meet at the Hillcrest Community Centre PA desk at 10:15am. The group will travel to Queen Elizabeth Park by community centre bus. Please dress for the weather, this trip will take place rain or shine.
