BALLET AND CREATIVE MOVEMENT - ARTS CENTRE - PRESCHOOLERS

Practice focus, musicality and body awareness while nurturing creativity and discipline. With an introduction to standard French ballet terms, participants will learn ballet movements such as pliés and tendus to improve balance, strength and coordination while gaining self-confidence to support the transition into formal dance education.
