Reserve in advance is available for this activity. Pay when you arrive. Everything from endurance, speed, power, intervals and hill climbs can be found in this class, so be prepared to switch it up and sweat it out! Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced this class can be modified to fit your fitness ability. Please bring a prefilled water bottle and towel. We suggest you arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to allow time to set up your bike.
