Yoga & Dance Camp

Yoga camp combines fluid movement with yoga poses and music, allowing for expression, precision, musicality. Learn and practice Meditation, Relaxation, and Gratitude in each class. This camp will support children's Peaceful mind , alignment , and flexibility. Reflective time to write or draw about each class. Notebook plus markers included. Last part of class we will use a dance choreography book "A Dancing book of Transformation" as part of the creative process. A dance piece will be created by the children using themes chosen in tune with each Season. A Performance will be held on the last day of class for family and friends. Children will receive A Notebook, colored pencils and markers and a Certificate of Completion. No Drop Ins
