About this activity
No Wushu experience necessary. This class is intended for children and youth to learn the fundamentals of Wushu. Basic punches, kicks, and stretches will be a large part of this class. Along with some routine cardio exercises. Please bring closed toed shoes with socks, water bottle, and comfortable pants.
No Drop in available for beginner's class.
