TRX combined with Kettle Bells for a challenging workout that focuses on lower repetitions with more sets to build strength and endurance

Please note: All participants must provide a signed Par Q+ and Consent form before attending the classes. The Par Q+ and Consent forms can either be picked up at Creekside CC or the forms can be accessed by copying any pasting the links below. Alternatively an email can be sent to [email protected] to get the forms emailed. Please drop off or email your completed forms to Steven before the start of the class. If you answer Yes to a Par Q+ question you may need to get a doctor's note before you can take the class.

Please bring the following to class:

Comfortable clothing suitable for exercise

Closed-toed exercise shoes with a firm sole such as tennis shoes, joggers, or trainers

Water bottle

·All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
