Join us for an immersive session exploring nature through creative expression and movement. We’ll connect with local plant life and natural materials through guided somatic practices, reflective writing, and hands-on eco-art projects like weaving, nature journaling, or botanical dyeing. Grounding, group sharing, and gentle nature walks will help foster calm and connection. All materials provided. Come as you are—no experience needed! Some of this class will be taking place outside, please dress accordingly.
