Para hockey for Beginners. Everyone is welcome to participate - all players will be required to be in a sled

This session is open to people aged 8+ years who are new to sledge or just want to improve their basic skills. Learn how to maneuver the sled, cut edges, make tape-to-tape passes, take wicked shots and engage in team plays. Test out your skills in a fun scrimmage at the end of each session. A part of the ice may be dedicated to just skating.

Equipment: A CSA approved hockey helmet with a full cage, hockey gloves and elbow pads are required. Chest protector and shin guards are strongly recommended. Equipment provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Hockey Programs are co-ed and participants must sign a waiver at the beginning of each session.

All registered participants must check in with the attendant up to 5 minutes after the program start time. Failure to do so will result in the spot being forfeited to a waitlisted player, based on the order of registration.

Waitlisted participants must be present in person with the attendant at that time and will be required to pay at the front desk if a spot becomes available.
