About this activity

This program will focus on flexibility, stretching, coordination, balance, posture, strength, self-confidence and all of the foundational training required for a gymnastics program.

Instructors

  • Bing Zhao

    Bio: Bing Zhao is a former Canadian woman’s National Gymnastics Team Coach, a former Chinese National Rhythmic Gymnastics Group Head Coach, a co-founder of the KZFUN Sports Intelligence Education System, and an applicant for the Harvard University’s Early Education Innovation Project. One of the students that she had the pleasure of training was Olympic athlete Kate Richardson. Under her coaching, she successfully competed at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens and broke record for the first Canadian female to place in top 8 for any event.
